Error while configuring "Business Group" in Next Best Action(NBA) designer in CDH(8.7)

I am trying to reconfigure the NBA designer with new business issue and group. This error message appears on all the 5 tabs (Taxonomy,Constraints,Engagement policy,arbitration,channel).

Model Rule: Error occurred while running the post activity for data page, Reason : LegacyModelAspectInvokableRuleContainer.invoke-Exception com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: LegacyModelAspectInvokableRuleContainer.invoke-Exception java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 2, Size: 2
