Error in UI Specialist (7.1) course

In the "Displaying Read Only Form" lesson in UI Specialist (7.1), the lesson instructs you to add repeating dynamic layout for .AvailableAmenities, then add a section into the repeating dyn layout to reference a section rule called AmenityDetails.

When I do this and click "Save", I get an error message:  "String value of a cell: AmenityDetails does not exist for use by this record (Validate)."  Screenshot attached.

Because I'm doing this lesson here and there among other things, I went back in the course to see if I missed something, but I don't immediately see anything I missed. 

Thoughts?

Hi, I did the exercises long time ago but could it a problem of Ruleset version?

You are in 01-01-01 and maybe your property is in 01-01-03 or something like this.

I recall a couple of problems like this during the exercises.
