Error during PEGA Installation v8.5.1 Personal Edition

Running into "Connection to localhost:8080 refused" while installing PEGA personal edition. I have attached the log. Please help resolve the installation issues. I'm trying to install PEGA personal edition 8.5.1 on Windows 2016 server. Appreciate the help.
