Error during install/uninstall - There is a problem with this Window Installer package.

I am getting this message when trying to install/uninstall Pega Robotic Automation Studio:

"There is a problem with this Window Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I think I got this message after deleting several files. I was trying to do a complete uninstall before installing the software again. So, can anyone help here? What should I do?

Are you using the .exe or the .msi?

Please use the .exe to install the software and make sure that you run the .exe as Administrator.
