Error Creating a Twitter Connection in unified messaging channel
Hi,
I am getting a issue with my current Trial version.
Error message is "The Twitter account is already connected to another Pega instance".
Question is how to detach a twiiter id from any existing pega instance to be used in a new instance

Please send us an email at [email protected] with the details of the Twitter account you are trying to connect (e.g. https://twitter.com/yourhandle) and the Unified Messaging Manager ID you are using on your instance.
