Error "AsyncAppender-ALERT-ASYNCAES ERROR Exception in SOAPAppenderPega.sendEvent()" Post 7.3.1 Upgrade

Hello,

We could see more below entries in the log post pega version migration from 7.1.9 to pega 7.3.1

AsyncAppender-ALERT-ASYNCAES ERROR Exception in SOAPAppenderPega.sendEvent()
AsyncAppender-ALERT-ASYNCAES ERROR Msg: Transport error: 503 Error: Service Unavailable
AsyncAppender-ALERT-ASYNCAES ERROR Cause: null
I referred the post https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/aes-repeatedly-shows-error-message and found that this issue is been fixed by DSS change.
Pega-Engine.properties/com.pega.pegarules.bootstrap.codeset.version.pegaaes/default
and specify the value 07-20-01.
We created this DSS and restarted the server. But this issue still exists. Kindly advise what should be the value of PEGA 7.3.1 version ?
Please note that we are using PEGA AES version 7.30
