Error on adding new Fulfillment Plan when configure the dependensis

Hi,

I am using Pega Fulfillment Control Center Framework on top of CFF. "

Network Provisioning: Resolved-Completed status selected in row 1 is not valid" error getting when we configure the dependencies on new Fulfillment plan. Any idea ?

The issue reported is related to SR-D34541.

The root cause and local change: 

For SQL Server databases and report definition rules that have rules resolution enabled, Pega Platform generates a query with an inner join that might result in a slow execution plan or query time out. A more efficient solution is to use an inner merge join for the query. 

You can configure Pega Platform to use an inner merge join query by setting the following Dynamic system Setting:

Purpose: reporting/useMergeHintForRRquery 
Ruleset: Pega-Reporting 
Value: true
