Enterprise RuleSet: OrganizationName and OrganizationNameInt

When we create the FW layer and application layer together, there is a duplication of enterprise  rulesets namely OrganizationName and OrganizationNameInt as these rulesets are stacked in both FW layer and implementation layer. Is there a reason they are in both FW and imlementation layer? Would it not suffice if the Organization level rulesets are created and placed only on the FW layer, not in the implementation layer in the above scenario?

Hi Dyan,

Actually there will be only one copy of OrganizationName and OrganizationNameInt rulesets created and those will be showed as rule resolution hirarchy order in the appliation stacks.
