Enterprise and Personal Version difference, Billing and Automation Studio 8.0

HI

I wanted to understand the difference between Enterprise and the Personal Edition of Pega Automation Software Package. As you can see, I have created an account with Pega Academy. I don't want my organization to be billed unncessarily for any trial software being used.

I have two questions:

1) Is personal edition a trial version and I hope this doesn't get billed to the organization

2) Could Robotics Automation Studio be downloaded with the Personal Edition? If yes, how to download it?

If any SR needs to be raised to get the executable set up file, request you to please let me know :

 

1) If the SR would have any impact on the billing

2) How to raise the SR?

Hi, 

I don't think we currently provide a personal edition for Robotics Automation Studio for now. Otherwise, you can open a Media Request SR and request build 8.0.1027. Please refer to the below post.

Hi Manish,

For billing information, it is best to talk to your Pega Account Executive. They would also be able to set up your account to raise an SR with Pega Support.
