End of Support
Hello,
First of all thanks for your taking your time to read this question. I have looked around the posts in the support category and i can't seem to find the End of Support for 2 products that were in the Chordiant portfolio. Can you please help me with the End of support for the following 2 products ?
- Customer Decision Management 6.0.1
- Marketing Director (Campaign Planning & Execution) Proprietary information hidden

The Customer Decision Management 6.0.1 and Marketing Director (Campaign Planning & Execution) Proprietary information hidden product are no longer available for purchase. For customer’s current on their support and maintenance, it does however remain supported within the constraints of underlying third-party stack components.
To ensure compatibility with newer versions of these third party components, customers may be required to upgrade to later versions of Pega products.
We request that customers update us at least six weeks in advance of any plans to change or upgrade any of their supporting third party components or configurations in order for us to review and assess any possible impacts of these changes and respond accordingly.
We continuously review this policy in the light of changes in associated third-party stack components, and may at some future time make an end-of-life notification for particular products or versions in the event that a critical third-party component ceases to be available or supported.
Any such announcement will be closely coordinated with our customers to ensure adequate notice to plan accordingly.
