Encryption and decryption on Connect-SOAP

Can anyone help me to implement encryption and decryption for Connect-SOAP. We have a requirement that we have to send our request as encryption format and we have to fetch a response as encryption format. Once we receive response as encryption format then we have to decrypt the response and display in screen.
