We are seeing this errors in our splunk logs frequently.

Encountered an error while executing a Scalar value query for Scalar, .pyAssignActions(11).pyActionLabel, on page 'newAssignPage' of type 'Assign-' using 1 parameter(s) ([11]).

@RajaKullaiahD16662217 - Issue is definitely at the case level actions seen when the case is in perform mode. Verify in the clipboard by navigating to newAssignPage and check how many results are there and what is the 11 result and how its different from rest of the results.
