Embedded Property in Actions of a Repeating Layout

Hi,

I have a repeating Grid Layout referring to a Data Page D_XYZ as a source, which contains an Embedded page A having property .prop. I have defined D_XYZ, D_XYZ.pxResults, D_XYZ.pxResults.pxPages(A) under the Pages & Classes tab.

After this I am referring to the embedded property as .pxPages(A).prop in a table cell, which shows the value correctly upon rendering in the table.

However, I am not able to refer the same property, in the actions of the cell properties using .pxPages(A).prop

I tried out similar use case in 7.3.1, it works fine at my end.

Please refer to the attached screenshots to see if that's your actual requirement or not.

Hi Sreepriya, I tried the same thing. I got Invalid Property Reference. Btw I want to enter it in the value field of the action. Attaching my screeshots for your reference. As you can see in the screenshots, I can refer the field in the General tab but having problem in the Actions. Please have a look and see if there's something you are doing differently .

Hi Deependra,

Can you check with the class hierarchy which is referred in the pages and classes.It might be unable to find particular data page pointing to that particular class
