Possible issue is OOTB Activity: SendSimpleEmail of class Work- may have been updated
- 8.6.2 = RSPega-ProcessEngine:08-06-01
- 8.6.6 = RSPega-ProcessEngine:08-06-04

The issue got resolved during the call when client configured the email account "DOE FW EPP1-Work" .
