Emails and SMS through ClickSend

I'm working with a customer considering ClickSend cloud service for SMTP and SMS services. 

1. Does anyone have experience using ClickSend's SMTP to send emails from Pega cases? Selecting "Custom" in the email account record and filling in ClickSend's SMTP and authentication details is working as expected. It should be the same using other SMTP services like outlook, office 365 or Google. 

2. Similarly, using ClickSend's SMS service, which is either API-based or emailing through [email protected]. 

Any experience in leveraging the ClickSend services with Pega products?
