Our Email listener in production getting disabled randomly. As mentioned in the following document, we set the DSS-Email/BlockOnAuthenticationException to 'false', to set the Email Listener state to 'Sleep'. however, the Email listener getting disabled, is there any other way to handle this ?

as per the document-  

Email/BlockOnAuthenticationException set to "True" when an email lister in Disabled state

Email/BlockOnAuthenticationException Set to "False" when  an email lister in Sleep state
