Email Listener reading the email but unable to process anything

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to solve the auto ack email handling through email listener, but somehow, I am unable to trace the listener instance and the listener does not process even though the email has been read. This is happening only for emails which are auto replies(Eg: OOO). Normal emails are being processed. Any pointers as to what can be checked?
