Email listener for outlook shared mailboxes
hello all,
Can someone help me to understand:
1. Is there any specific setting that needs to be done to listen onto shared mailbox emails?
2. We configured Listener with Domain\ID (ID has access to shared mailbox), IMAP host and port but we aren't able to capture the emails sent to shared mailbox. Connectivity test works through.

P.S: We are able to listen emails sent to individual mailbox.
