According to the following link, I seem to have to check in attachment section.. https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v74/procomhelpmain.htm#mcp/tasks/mcp-enabling-analysis-attached-file-during-email-triage-tsk.htm However, our environment is 8.2, so we cannot find the attachment section like the procedure. In stead of that, we could find "Analyze email attachments", so I try to choose "Always", but the content of attachment is not analyzed to text data in new case. Is there any procedure for 8.2? or how do I extract data in PDF attachment in email by using email channel?
