Email Channel Setting for analyzing email attachments
Hi, team
I am required to set up email channel to analysing email attachments.
According to the following link, I seem to have to check in attachment section..
However, our environment is 8.2, so we cannot find the attachment section like the procedure.
In stead of that, we could find "Analyze email attachments", so I try to choose "Always", but the content of attachment is not analyzed to text data in new case.
Is there any procedure for 8.2?
or how do I extract data in PDF attachment in email by using email channel?
