Element Type "xs:element" Must Be Followed By Either Attribute Specifications, " >" Or "/ >"

Hi ,

While validating XML with XSD getting the error message as : Element Type "xs:element" Must Be Followed By Either Attribute Specifications, ">" Or "/>".

Please find the attached document with XML and XSD files.
