Elastic Search Using Synonyms

We are using PegaKM(KM:7.2 and Pega:7.2.2) frame work.

Can you please let me know how to configure/implement below features in pega elastic search?

Requirement: Search for Benefits CA

Result:Search should return matching Work Objects with Benefits CA, Benefits California, California Benefits.

Business users are expecting this search, do we have a solution to implement this feature without looping pxRetrieveSearchData for multiple combinations?
