Is ECT tool only for internal use?

This tool is available for download on PDN and there it does not say that it is for internal use. However, when you run the tool - it says 'Not for Distribution' (see attached).

My question is can we run this tool on our client's application or not. Also, if there is an licencing fee involved or it is available free.

I think it is an extremely useful utility.

ECT is freely available for anyone to download from PDN. You can run on client environments as well. But, the tool is not supported by GCS as like Pega, if you have any queries/issues you can only post a forum question.
