ECT automation to send reports automatically

Is there any way to automate the ECT tool, so that it will send weekly reports automatically.

I don't know exactly if this is possible - but *assuming* that ECT uses Report Definitions under the covers - could you run a TRACER and capture the name of the Report(s)?

That way - you might then be able to use the standard 'Schedule Report' from the Case Manager Portal (etc) to do this.

@sudeepdestiny - ah thanks for clarifying. I downloaded the JAR and took a quick look at the PDF.

Looks like it does direct JDBC connections in order to download the data; and a manual button "Export to Excel" to generate the report you need: so presumably your request would require the team that built the tool to appraise if that is something possible or not.

Looks like the tool is in 'Beta' - and the only mention I found of the author is:

Developed by Pega Engineering Customer Success Team (Internal Prototype - Not for Distribution)

I would suggest: use the 'Contact Us' button on the landing page.
