DX API- Customer Service engagement
Hi All,
I am trying to use Pega DX API to add service case in customer service env. My questions is that in CS, Interaction and service cases are tightly coupled, ie Service cases are created under interaction cases.
When I am creating service cases through DX API, service case is getting created but it is not mapped to any interaction. May I know how to achieve this scenario so that Interaction and service cases gets created after running create case API.
