DWA session locks when user do not close browser and reopens the dwa url in same browser in another tab.

Hi all,

We are trying to implement DWA in our application. I am able to achieve by following the implementation and Customization articles found in PDN.

Steps are as follows:

1. Open the dwa url from the email received. 2. Login to the opened browser session. 3. Leave the Pega screen in the opened browser as it is without any action.(Do not close the browser session) 4. Reopen the same or any other dwa url. A new tab opens and the login screen is not opening. Instead there is an error as "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator" in the new tab. - screenshots not allowed to upload

Any suggestion for fixing this lock issue would be appreciated.
