During case creation 2 duplicate overallSLA getting created.
OverallSLA shows case level urgency and usually gets created during case creation and goes through its life cycle and gets removed when we resolve the case via ticket.
We were expecting during case creation only one OverAllSLA entry should be there. But we are getting 2 entries.
I checked in clipboard there seems to be only one entry (pxFlow(overallSAL)). I ran one report for count of overallSLA for that case and it shows 2 duplicate entries.
So during case resolution one of the entry gets removed which is expected but since there are duplicate, one is still left there.
What might be the reason 2 duplicate entries are coming?
