Dropdown not supported in Android desktop view

We have designed our application in desktop view and want to have same in mobile as well. Its working as expected in IOS and in 8.2.1 platform, but its not supported in 8.4.1 in Android devices. On contacting Pega support they confirmed the same. Is there any workaround for this?
