Download multiple files on click of a button in a zip folder

Hello,

I have requirement where i have one repeating grid layout and it consist of check box, on selecting of check box the documents selected must be excluded and rest all documents must be downloaded on click of a button in a zip folder.

How can I achieve this functionality. Can anybody suggest a approach to go further on this requirement.
