DoubeClickByOCR does not click on "Click Point" in Automation

I have "highlight" turned on, and the DoubleClickByOCR method correctly identifies the Control word, correctly highlights it and puts the click point on the search word, but when the click is performed, mouse is getting moved away and it is clicked at different location. but through test method in interrogation mode doubleClickByOCR is working perfectly.
