Does PRPC interface with ldap
I just need to know does PegaRules have inbuilt functionality to connect to ldap:
And if possible could youo please quote a series of steps to enable the solution

There is a document in an internal area describing the process at PRPC LDAP setup.docx. You can talk to your assigned solution consultant about getting that document or about going through the process of setting the ldap integration for you.

Hi,
We can connect to LDAP using PRPC. We need to create authentication service in PRPC and specify LDAP details over there.

Hi Richard,
'Create Authentication Service' wizard can be used to achieve LDAP authentication by Navigating as Designer Studio -> Org & Security -> Authentication -> Create Authentication service
You need to create an Authentication service with authentication type as 'Custom'.
Once you are through with 'Create Authentication service' wizard you will be having a Authentication service rule created in 'SysAdmin' category.
You can also configure your directory details on service tap of the 'Authentication service' rule.
