Does Pega offer a "Secure Inbox" feature ?

Does Pega offer a "Secure Inbox" feature ?   This not an secure email/encrypted outbound email capability but a restricted email inbox available in a web application where customers login to view secure messages addressed to them (similar to what banking websites have) and reply to them.

@Gowtham AlluPega does not offer a dedicated "Secure Inbox" feature akin to those found on banking websites but customers can log in to view and reply to secure messages. The other option you can use is Pega provides digital messaging capabilities which you can use to facilitate secure communications between customers and service representatives
