I have a requirement where the customer is looking at an Outlook plugin that could allow user to create a case from within Outlook.
For example, upon reading some emails, the user might decide, based on the content of the email, to create a complaint case. In such a scenario, while reading the email, the user will click a Pega button, which would present a Pega dialog, with the email attached and data populated. And upon filing in other information, able to click Create to create the case within Pega.
The customer has license for CS 7.2.2 on top of PRPC 7.2.2. I have explored SFA, but it does not do exactly this.
Any advise on the OOTB capability or the steps to accomplish the above would be greatly appreciated.
