Does Multiple Job scheduler consume resources?
Hello All,
I have a requirement where i need to configure 4 Job schedulers (Reports).
Report -1 and 2 : Will run every Quarterly (1st Jan, 1st April, 1st July, 1st Oct)
Report - 3 and 4: Will run on 1st of every month.
Question: instead of creating 2 job schedulers for this process, Should i club this as 1 Job Scheduler?

There should not be an issue to have multiple job schedulers , as they run at their scheduled time intervals , the requestor gets created only during that time. So I don't see any issue having multiple job schedules for your requirement.
Having said that you can also look at the option OOTB ' Schedule Reports' option from the Case Manager/ User Portal ( COSMOS) and see if it fits your requirement.

In our case, we are also putting it in excel and sending the same as email to a group
