Does CDH Simulations use IH Data

Various Simulations that we run in CDH BOE environment like Distribution Tests, Decision Funnel, Value Finder or Scenario Planner do they use any data from IH (say contact policy or any other if Trigger NBA top level strategy is used) to give accurate results OR they can run only with Customer data only (XCAR Data).
