$(document).scrollTop() or $(window).scrollTop() not working in pega 8.2

Hi,

 

$(document).scrollTop() or $(window).scrollTop() not working in pega 8.2 because it has Html,Body has height 100%,

if i make height:auto, its working , but disturbing the layout and full screen modal windows doesn't scroll in mobile.
