Do we need SMS, ADM, Email, DDS nodes when we are not having CDH
Hi Team,
We have a Pega Application runnning on v8.6.6 with Customer Service 8.6 hosted on Pega Cloud. We have multiple categories of nodes which are ADM, DDS, PegaMKTSMS, PegaMKTEmail, RTDG.
Do we really need these categories of nodes when we are not using DSM/CDH in our application? Otherwise, would it cause any troubles if we shut them down and use those resources for web user nodes?
Responses from Pega SME/Infra team will be highly appreciated.
