Do we need to restart Application Server if external DB DDL changes ?

Hello Team,

We have a DataSet defined which maps to an Orace view. Now, if the Oracle view definition changes ( columns  renamed/ removed ) and those columns are not being used as part of class mappings. Do still need to re-start the server for the dataset to use the new columns?

Recently we found, that the Oracle view  renamed a column, but in Pega Data set it was still trying to retrieve the old column of the view, though it was not being mapped to class mappings.
