In the report definition rule i have a column Description (Rich text editor) which of 1500 char that contains Images, tables, text, Special char e.t.c.

when a table is inserted - show something (Table ICON/Word )in the report that there is a table present in the field, but don't show the table as it is. When an image is placed in the description field-- Show something (Image Icon/Word )in the report so that user can know that an image is present in the description.

(Image Icon/Word) or (Table ICON/Word) when we put like this in reports user will know there is table or image in the work object so that they will check in the case level 

Note: I'm open to increase column size
