Display Menu Child items always expanded in Left Navigation Panel

Hi All,

REQ: In the Navigation panel, I have to display all the child nodes/items always under each main item. 

Ex: I have parent1 and parent2 menu items in the left navigation panel, In Parent1 I have child1 and child2 as child nodes, and in parent2 I have child1 and child2 as child nodes, I have used General--> Active When as Always for both parent1 and parent2 menu items, but only for one menu item I am able to see the child/sub menu items in expanded mode while for other one the child nodes are visible in collapsed mode and getting expanded when clicking on arrow beside parent item when page loads. 

Any suggestion to achieve this. For both menu items (parent1 and parent2) child nodes needs to be displayed in expanded mode always.
