Display Label usage in Question Page under Question tab.

This is the info i got about dispay label - Label field provide the text the end user sees with the question.

But upon modifying display label, the same is not being display on UI along with question. Can i know if this would be populated in clipboard? or how would i be able to reuse this display label.
