Is the functionality of disabling few drop down values based another property in source page list, available in Pega?

If not, is there any other way to achieve it?

Unfortunately, what you are looking for is not yet supported as part of the pxDropDown yet. There's always the option of hand-coding your dropdown with pega jsp tags for referencing properties. Thanks.
