Disabling Backspace On Screen With Grid Repeat
Hello,
In attempting to implement the solution posed in SA-13504 an error has been found after executing the following scenario:
- Select an item in a grid repeat configured to do a section refresh
- Hit the backspace key and the error will occur
What modifications to the script in SA-13504 or configuration changes should be made to the refresh process to get this working properly?

Hi Santanu,
There is no error however the screen will reload and remove all the data from the screen. I'm wondering whether or not additional srcElement.type checks are needed in addition to text, textarea, and password. I've tried including "undefined" but that doesn't seem to work.

Putting the following code into the UserWorkForm will retain backspace functionality when the user is focusing a text-based fields (where you expect to delete content from the field) but will disable the backspace key from performing a browser back call when focus is no longer on such fields. There's a few ways to write this, it's not clear what kind of error you're getting - is it a javascript error?
