Dirty confirmation messages on a custom button
Hi All,
I have a custom button/link in a section like update. When I edit some fields in the form, and click on the button, I should be prompted with a Dirty warning pop-up like "You are about to discard your unsaved changes" with buttons Discard, Save and Cancel.. On click of Discard button, it should navigate to a different harness. I tried using Cancel action on my button, I am getting the dirty message pop-up but it is navigating me to the previous page.
But my requirement is not to go back to previous page but to go to a different harness.
Can somebody help me please?

Can you provide your customer 'update" button/link configuration?
Are you using OOTB section 'pyDirtyCheckConfirm' to display 'Cancel', 'Discard' and 'Save' buttons?
If yes, the click action on 'Discard' button is 'Cancel'. The click action on 'Cancel' button is 'Close'.
If not, can you also provide your configuration on them?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I am not clear in what you meant by providing my customer with update button configuration.
Actually what am I using is: I am just calling "Cancel" action on my update link/button. It is throwing me popup with dirty messages but when I click on Discard/Save buttons it is taking me to previous page. But instead of previous page, I should be able to launch a different harness.
Hope I am clear!!! Please let me know if my requirement is not clear.
