Digestive Algorithm SHA1 VS SHA256

We are using connect SOAP and while running with ws security  we are getting  XML response from service with digestive algorithm:"https://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#sha1" 

Instead we need

digestive algorithm: "https://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#sha256"

Is it Pega issue/Certificate issue? any help?
