Difference in the roles

Hello Team,

Need some help about some of the below queries:

1) Can you suggest what exactly the difference between the user roles for 'Pega application' and 'Pega support'.

2) Which users will get access to the Tracer & Clipboard?

3) What is the process to get access to the Tracer & Clipboard ?
