Difference between reusing existing web portal and normal pega mobile channel
Hi,
I would like to know the difference between reusing existing web portal(with and without) while building a new mobile client channel.
Without check of existing portal, it is showing a content tab with new options including navigations and native search pages. What is the actual difference between this? There is no option to select offline capability which has the new options. Let me know if I am missing something.

One small correction. When the "reuse existing web portal" checkbox is checked Offline is supported in all Pega versions (up to 8.4.x). When the checkbox is cleared, Offline is supported starting from Pega 8.4.1 and up.

- Reuse web portal options makes mobile app use portal from users’ access group. The same portal can be used on web and mobile. Offline mode is available but only in pyCaseWorker portal (Pega 8.3 – 8.4).
- Mobile slide-up (the other mode) generates a new portal dedicated for the mobile app. Offline mode is not available (Pega 8.3 – 8.4).

Thanks for responding back to my request. If I want to implement offline capability for a manager, I need to save as pyCaseWorker and change it a manager portal to leverage offline capabilities in 8.3-8.4? Please let me know if my understanding is right.
