One of my operators is receiving a blank screen when accessing designer studio after login. This happens on multiple machines, multiple browsers, and for only ONE operator.
Again I can login to the instance with other users and everything looks good. I have included a image with the browser errors i am receiving for the one operator.
Any help would be appreciated. i do have direct access to the database and I have already tried to remove some private checkouts ( was recommend in the forums) , but that did not help so i put the rows back.
Yes, checked out rules are likely the culprit, either regular checkouts or private checkouts.
If you remove some of those checkouts, remember that browser cache-clearing is likely necessary or you are still using the checked-out version of the rule on the browser side!
Temporarily save your work so you don't lose what's been done on those checkouts, and then uncheck out them all, then log out, close all browser windows, bring up one browser window, clear the browser cache, then log back in and see if issue is gone.
NOTE: If the operator login is so broken that you can't even do the uncheckout, you might have to log in as another user and put focus on the label field of a checked out rule for the first user and press shift-F3 so you can do the uncheckout remotely. You'll see the icon of a padlock appear in the rule header if your shift-F3 is working. After seeing the padlock icon, you have to delete the checked out rule (after saving the work of course).
