We currently have on prem Platform 24.1.2 evironments. We also have Deployment manager 5.5.6 installed on  Platform 8.8.3. Is the Deployment Manager 5.6.4 compatible with with 8.8.3 to install and then upgrade to 24.1.2. Or should I upgrade the 8.8.3 platform to 24.1.2 first and then upgrade the version of Deployment manager to 5.6.4? Note that all the other environments Dev, Test and Prod are Platform 24.1.2 except for  Deplyment Manager server.
