We are Planning to create a Pipeline for Platform Deployments. Current plan is to create 5 pipelines since we have 5 regions (EMEA,APAC,NA,Rome,pRED) and each pipeline will be having end to end stages as follows Metadev->MeatTest->DEV(Region specific)->Test(Region specific)->UAT(region specific)->PROD(Region specific).

But here MetaDev and MetaTest environments will be common environments which is not region specific. Thus wanted to check if Deployment can be initiated only once for MetaDev & MetaTest even though we are using 5 pipelines. Please check and help to provide suggestions on same.
