DeleteAttachment and the D_AttachmentsList data page

I have an activity that I need to use to orchestrate the deletion of all attachments in a WO.  To do this, I'm invoking the Work-DeleteAttachment activity to remove an attachment.  I don't see anything in this that invalidates the D_AttachmentsList data page.

Do I need to add my own Page-Remove step - or does DeleteAttachment somehow magically do the deletion?

Its an api to delete attachments, you need to manually invalidate the data page, add  a  page remove step in your activity. Thanks.
